At Ced Said, we believe in the authoritative Word of God and strive to live according to Scripture.
We hold the Bible as our final truth and foundation, seeking to align every part of life with its wisdom and instruction.
(See 2 Timothy 3:16)
We believe the Bible is the inspired, incorruptible, indestructible, ever-living Seed and the authoritative Word of God.
It is the final truth and foundation for every area of life and faith.
His Word was, is, and will remain—eternal beyond time itself.
(See 1 Peter 1:23–25, Mark 13:31, Matthew 24:35, Revelation 4:8)
We believe in the Holy Trinity—
Three divine Persons, perfectly one.
The Father, reigning in glory,
The Son, redeeming in love,
The Spirit, dwelling in power.
Eternally united in will, essence, and glory.
(See Matthew 28:19)
We believe salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone—not by the result of our works.
We are saved, forgiven, and made new when we confess with our mouth and believe in our heart that Jesus is Lord.
(See Ephesians 2:8–9, Romans 10:9)
Water baptism is a sacred, public declaration of faith and obedience—a symbolic act that shows our identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It marks the beginning of a new life in Him.
(See Matthew 28:19)
Baptism in the Holy Spirit, described as wind and fire in Acts, is a powerful experience where believers receive the gifts of the Spirit, empowering us to serve and advance the Kingdom of God. These gifts, as outlined in 1 Corinthians 12, equip the church to fulfill its mission on earth.
(See Acts 2:1-4, 1 Corinthians 12)
Communion is a holy remembrance of Jesus’ sacrifice—His body broken and His blood shed for our salvation. Through this sacred act, we proclaim the Lord’s death until He returns, strengthening our faith and unity as the body of Christ.
(See 1 Corinthians 11:23-26)
We believe Discipleship is the call to go and make disciples—sharing the good news and teaching the Word of God to all nations. It’s a lifelong journey of following Jesus, growing in faith, and helping others do the same. As disciples, we are commissioned not just to preach but to live out the gospel daily, embodying Christ’s love and truth.
(See Matthew 28:19-20, Acts 1:8)
The Church is far more than a building or an institution—it is the living Body of Christ. Every believer is an essential part, called to be the hands and feet of Jesus in the world. Together, we serve, encourage, and build one another up, advancing God’s Kingdom here on earth.
(See 1 Corinthians 12:12-27, Ephesians 4:11-16)
